Allcases supplies custom shipping cases, rackmount cases, laptop shipping cases, computer shipping cases and has been delivering stock and engineered custom shipping cases, transit cases, carrying cases, computer shipping cases, custom shipping cases, laptop cases, tradeshow cases, rack mount cases and military shipping cases since 1985!

All cases are manufactured using the rotational, injection or thermoformed processes along with the fabricated ATA style case made popular by Anvil Cases. We supply transport cases for computers, laptops, monitors (both flat panel and CRT), printers, electronic instruments, plasma or LCD screens and tool cases.

Custom Foam Inserts and Fabrication:

Allcases specializes in manufacturing custom foam designed inserts. Allcases in house foam technician has been designing custom foam inserts since 1985. No foam is too complicated or too simple when it comes to protecting your equipment. Allcases understands that your product is the life of your business. Allcases is committed to making sure the case design is the best possible solution for your transportation needs. Allcases works directly with our foam manufacturer to insure that the right type of foam is used in protecting your sensitive electronic equipment or to transport heavy tools. Climate, altitude, water, and equipment weight are just a few factors that must be considered when designing a case with cushion support. We take into account the fragility of your equipment along with how it will be handled while it is being shipped.

Below you will find some foam facts that we use when considering how we will protect your equipment.

Polyethylene

2 lbs/cubic foot

Firm, closed cell foam, best for general use with heavier equipment. Color charcoal gray. Meets MIL P 26514, type 1, class 2 specifications.

Polyurethane

1.8 lbs/cubic foot

Soft open cell foam best for lighter weight sensitive equipment with high volume to weight ratio. Color charcoal gray.

ELE

1.6 lbs/cubic foot

Lower cost polyether looks and feels like polyurethane foam. It is best for lighter weight, less expensive equipment with high volume to weight ratio. Color charcoal gray.

Cross Linked

2.0 lbs/cubic foot

Closed cell, with a smoother surface feel than regular polyethylene. Good for applications outside the normal PE foam area, replacing materials such as vinyl foams, neoprene, natural rubbers, polystyrene and other polymeric materials. Color charcoal gray.
