No foam is too complicated or too simple when it comes to protecting your equipment. Allcases understands that your product is the life of your business. Blow Molded
These inexpensive cases are made with high-density polyethylene double wall construction. The textured exterior provides resistance to dents and cracking and is unaffected by extreme temperatures.
Injection Molded
Injection molded cases can withstand incredible abuse, even in extremely harsh environments. Our cases are injection molded from a tough polypropylene or ABS plastic alloy. These tough outer shells shield the contents from shock and impact while maintaining a superior appearance.
Rotationally Molded
Hardigg Cases engineers and manufactures rugged rotationally molded plastic cases for commercial, industrial, and military shipping. The roto-molding process offers impact resistant protection, strength, and watertight packaging. What makes us different? We have a patented anti-shear feature that allows the lid and base to interlock and we also molded in our backup hardware.
Thermoformed
Designed and built to endure, these heavy-duty shipping cases absorb impacts again and again while resisting dents, corrosion, and shattering problems associated with non-plastic containers.
Vacuum Formed
Vacuum forming is a method of forming a plastic sheet into many and various shapes. This is done by heating the plastic to a given temperature and pulling it, by using a vacuum, over a mold. The ranges of materials that can be vacuum formed are extremely wide and varied and will suit most applications.
Wood
Construction Panels Protective covering; .040 " high impact industrial grade ABS pressure-laminated to 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" solid-core #1 grade plywood.
Pressure Relief Valve
To provide an airtight case system, we include a PRV (pressure relief valve) and gasket hardware to safely maintain the correct pressure differential. A manual release button is recessed below the cover rim. The test pressure range is +/- 0.25 PSID (18 mb)

Hardigg Cases
These rotational molded cases are the most rugged shipping and transport cases available. With .2" thick walls, recessed hardware and handles and a patented anti-shear valance, these cases are the choice of the military. A four foot drop leaves your equipment still ready for use. Since they are made from medium density polyethylene, the case is resistant to most solvents and withstands a temperature range of -40 to 140 F.

Warranty
Warranty for all of our cases is 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship. Allcases shall repair any part, component or case or refund the purchase price for the product that failed during the warranty period. The buyer must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning the product. All returned cases must be returned in their original packaging to protect the case during transit. Any cases shipped without protective packaging or a valid RA number will be refused.
In the event that Allcases determines that the product is not defective, the buyer shall pay all costs of transportation and repairs or replacement at current rates. The warranty does not cover any damage to the cases due to misuse, alteration, or lack of maintenance. The warranty does not cover deterioration based on normal use and exposure.
